DELIVERY CHARGES - Prices for delivery are based upon zip code and then it depends on other factors. The prices quoted are for round trip. This also means it is for ground floor/tailgate/loading dock delivery. We normally have a 2 hour window for deliveries. If you need a timed delivery at a specific time we can accomodate for a special rate, or if after or before hours is needed we can do this also. Equipment is left stacked and ready for set up. Extra fees will be charged for stairs, freight elevators, timed deliveries, late night or Sunday delivery. These fees are based on a case by case scenario. Please have items stacked and ready for pick up. If chairs or tables need to be set up or taken down we will be happy to do so. Chairs are $0.50 per chair and tables are $1.00 per table.
No equipment may be taken apart or moved to another address unless we give customer specific permission to do so. If moved another delivery fee will be assessed.
Please check and count your order upon receipt. Notice must be given immediately in order to make any adjustments.
To prevent mildew please do not put linens in plastic, simply wrap them in a tablecloth or put in a paper bag. Any stains. wax or burn holes will result in the deposit being forfeited and possibly replacing the linens for new ones.
Party items need to be returned to us in the manner that they were received table ready. Our items are sterilized for your protection. Their will be an additional cleaning charge that is 30% of the order for items returned dirty.
Driver cannot leave merchandise or equipment without a signature and full payment.
When reservations are made a deposit of at least 50% is required. The balance is due in full before delivery or at time of pick up. A deposit is also required in addition to the rental charges. This fee is determined on the amount and what type of items are being rented. The security deposit is refundable when all items are returned in the same condition that they went out in. We do charge for missing, damaged, or broken items. This is refundable only if cancellation is made three weeks prior to rental date. Once the equipment has been loaded and dispatched, the full rental rate applies. There are no refunds on tent reservations. Refunds will be made in a store credit only.
Pick ups will be made as soon as possible after your event, although during our busy seasons pick ups may be delayed. Please be advised that you are responsible for the items until they are picked up by us.
Delivered equipment must be kept in a sheltered location and protected from the elements. Tables. chairs. dance floors, etc are not weather proof. Please do not allow them to get wet.
